Please note that all trading activity is closely monitored. If it is determined that you are engaging in scalping, we reserve the right to close your account with immediate effect.
To help us investigate your complaint quickly and efficiently, please provide the following information:
(i) Your full name and address
(ii) A daytime telephone number on which we can contact you
(iii) Your account details (if contacting us in writing)
(iv) A clear description of your complaint and
(v) Details of what you would like us to do to resolve the matter
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) business days. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint within 28 days. However, in some cases, further investigation may be necessary to ensure the complaint is fully resolved. In such instances, a response may require up to eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of your complaint. We will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint throughout this period.
